Quotes & pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed as a flat rate before service begins. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope or condition differs significantly from what was described.

Scheduling & cancellation

Please provide at least 2 business days' notice to reschedule or cancel a clean to avoid a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of weather, illness, or safety concerns.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected area at no charge.
