How is my price calculated?

We price by the home, not the clock — based on bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, and how often you'd like service. You get a flat, no-surprises quote up front rather than an open-ended hourly bill.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all supplies and eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products. If you'd prefer we use something specific you provide, just let us know.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients give us secure access instructions or a lockbox/key code. You're welcome to be home if you prefer — whatever makes you comfortable.

Are you insured, bonded, and background-checked?

Absolutely. Call Cleaning is fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner passes a background check before they ever enter a home. It's the #1 thing clients ask about, and we take it seriously.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area free of charge. We're not happy until you are.

What about my pets?

We love pets and use non-toxic products that are safe around them. Let us know where your pets will be and any handling notes so our cleaner knows what to expect.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens — just give us at least 2 business days' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee, so we can offer the slot to another client.

How do recurring discounts work?

Recurring plans save you up to 15%: weekly 15%, bi-weekly 12%, monthly 10% versus a one-time clean. There are no contracts — pause or cancel anytime.

How do you handle payment?

We accept all major credit cards and digital payment. You're billed after each clean, with nothing due until the work is done.
